I thought I had a difficult and pretty vague request to synthesize two very different things into a logo, but naodt came up with an awesome idea in her first sketch. And over time, the designs kept getting even better. She was very responsive to anything I asked for, and I ultimately ended up choosing her design even over others that I also liked very much.

The designer submitted several different concepts. Through questions and recommendations, they improved the design and in the end designed the perfect logo for me. Pleasure working with this designer:)
Very good designer, good to work with, has excellent ideas!

Great design and good to work with
How T. Willson started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Parish Nursing Institute
What’s your company slogan?
Great Care with Great Love
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This new initiative will train Registered Nurses for "parish nursing" -- a compassionate care ministry offered by churches. It is not about needles or bandages, but is more about being present with and advocating for people dealing with medical crises, situations where family, friends and pastors/priests may not have the professional expertise that patients or caregivers would find helpful.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
It would be helpful to have a design that is roughly as tall as it is wide. Clean design with graceful lines, modern font with some style and a logo that works when it appears alone (without the wordmark) would be good.
The wordmark of the host institution ("Taylor") may be included in the final version or appear with the Parish Nursing Institute logo, but does not need to be included in your proposals.
Included is one (rather boring) suggestion, mainly to show two things:
-there was positive feedback to the idea of the three hearts showing progression from unhealthy-healthier/sad-comforted. Feel free to use a similar approach, as long as the hearts don't come off with a Carebear vibe. :-)
-the TAYLOR wordmark is shown here as an example of how it could be incorporated into a final design
