I cannot stress this enough, by all means, I wish to completely stay away from ALL traditional, cliché legal imagery. For example NO Scales of Justice, NO gavels, NO court house columns, etc. I am NOT a litigator so those images have no relevance to my practice area and are often a turn off (or intimidating to my clients and definitely to me).
In fact, I am branding the firm and our lawyers as ‘different’ from the traditional lawyers and law firms and wish to look different and set myself apart. New kind of lawyer, new way to practice law (Think of the Mac v. PC branding).
Also and equally important, I would like the imagery to stress the "protection" aspect as depicted in my slogan, "Protect What You Love Most." I really like the idea of an umbrella to symbolize protection but am open to other equally stimulating imagery.
Please visit my website: http://www.mcnairlawgroup.com to get a better feel for our branding and personality. (Note: The color shades are flexible, but I do generally like the teal blue and coral colors as well as golden yellow).
- Many of the designs in round 1 were a bit TOO modern, conservative, masculine, or feminine. I would like a balance here.
-Please no hearts in the final designs; this is not appealing to business owners.
- Please DO NOT make McNair Law Group ALL CAPS (unless I direct you to do so via private message)
- Let's explore with the font of McNair. Let's try something that is modern but not too conservative, feminine, or masculine.
- I have attached some sample logos that I really like in order to give you a better feel of what I am going for. With the Morgan Law Group design, I like that it is fun, modern, playful and professional. I think this logo was well done, but PLEASE do not copy her umbrella logo. With the Law Business Mentors, I like the font of their logos; it is modern, but not too conservative and the tree is fun, but not too playful.
