For the "Hello" I like the idea of using a modern lettering-type font that might be used for a modern craft brewery. Something neutral -not too feminine or masculine. Make it hip/hipster! DOG- I would like a dog to be in the logo. The character should not be overly cartoon-like and should have about 3 colors maximum. The dog should be friendly/happy or neutral but not mean or angry. (see attached file for examples of dog characters that I like and dislike) I like the idea of the dog possibly saying "Hello" in a speech bubble

Contest winner 2022. Logo design for a non-profit organization educating pet owners, specifically in rehoming their pets when no longer able or available to care for them. The concept combines a simplified dog and cat head that look in opposite directions using negative space - a symbol for a transition, a parting of ways. The tone is mature and serious, as opposed to whimsical or childish, and appropriate for the weight of such a decision. The design has a retro/vintage undertone, a nod to the sense of "home", "family", "good memories" that is associated with a beloved pet.
