About us
Modern fast casual restaurant serving sizzling Tex-Mex cuisine. Featuring fresh made sauces, salsas and soups and fresh hand rolled tortillas. Target audience is 18-40 year old individuals who seek gourmet quality meals at economy prices and maximum flavor. Offering packaged shared meals for 2, 4, 6, 8 people for families and small gatherings.

The concept name is Ole's Fajitas and its a Modern Tex Mex Grill It makes most sense to creatively feature a skillet in the logo. The concept is about fresh sizzled meats and roasted vegetables and fresh toasted tortillas. Im open to designs Think maybe to include "Oles Fajitas" inside the skillet and "Modern Tex Mex Grill" around the logo but im open to creative input. I would like to feature green maybe in font as it shows healthy, and goes along with our ingredients, lime, jalapeno, bell pepper, cilantro etc. Thank you! Look forward to seeing the designs.
