We are a boutique real estate investment, design and development firm. Our plan is to redevelop this historic school property into a commercial, mixed-use, community center with retail, office and residential elements.

As noted above, we purchased and are planning to redevelop a old school property right in the center of Prescott, Arizona (http://prescott-az.gov/). Prescott is a cool little city with a charming 'small town' feel. The property is home to lots of local memories, and as such, we expect residents to be sensitive to the quality of our redevelopment work. We chose our name, The District, because of the fact that 1. we purchase the property from the local school district and 2. the property actually had a school on it for decades.
