FollowMyHealth is a patient portal that allows users to aggregate their medical information from multiple providers into one account. The patient owns their own data and they can access their health records; add to, change, modify, request feedback, add medications, track health activities, and explore a healthy lifestyle.
Our brand should represent a healthy health care feel. Should be trustworthy, feel secure, relate to millennials, be clean, transparent, and easy to understand. It should feel welcoming and comforting.
Our target audience is Chief Health Officer Mom or CHOmom. She is a 30's something, mom with multiple children. She's busy, has a mean household income of $150,000. She manages the house, the kids & their health care. She's tech savvy, and always on the go.
Next up is our millennial. Can be a teen - 30's who is healthy, and either highly active (athlete) or just health concious. Highly tech savvy, mobile only. Always on the go. Trendsetters and fad followers.
We also have 55+ chronic patients. This group is our highest usage base today and one of the most important user groups. This patient is older, less tech savvy and highly concerned with security. Looking for trust, and easy to use.
