Our Company is looking to create a new logo to start the revamping of our whole company image. Once the logo is done, we will then move on to website and other marketing (banners, ads, etc)...good opportunity for a good designer.

Tagline:
We will run this by the winning designer after contest

Desired Color Scheme:
Open. Red, Black, and White are a good start, but please bring all color ideas.

Desired Style:
Clean, Corporate look. A symbol (next to, above, etc) to represent the company "MAY" be nice.

Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

Our Company, MAXCO Industries, has been around since 1991.  We are a manufacturer and supplier of components and systems for mostly heavy duty vehicles such as RVs, Heavy Duty Trucks, Agricultural and Construction Vehicles , Buses (Transit and School), however, we also do supply to the Automotive and Light Duty Vehicles.  We are in the aftermarket business, however, a main sector of our business is the engineering and manufacturing Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM).

We want the logo to have a clean, corporate look, however, with still keeping our automotive/manufacturing business in tact.  For instance, the logo should not look as if we were a financial institution.

Colors are free to work with, however, again, the logo should match with the company's business...an automotive manufacturer/supplier but with a corporate look.  For example, bright purples and pinks are not a good start.

We are revamping our marketing plan, starting with our logo.  As stated before, we will start with the logo, then onto website, banners, ads, etc.  So, this is a good opportunity for a good designer to make an impression with our company and create a strong business relationship.
