Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
As a Certified Health Coach, I help individuals and groups achieve their health and wellness goals by providing science-based, trusted information, positive encouragement, and continued motivation. As a health and nutrition expert, I help clients change their lives holistically to improve not only their physical health but overall wellbeing. My job is to create individualized solutions that help people change, and also understand why they want to change. Being a health coach involves more than just knowing the science behind nutrition and exercise, it’s also understanding how to motivate clients. My primary target audience is healthy adults and seniors. The secondary target audience is adults and seniors with chronic health conditions that require ongoing management, i.e., autoimmune diseases, etc.

Tone of the design should work with my website template: https://my.studiopress.com/themes/mai-lifestyle/. Please note: I will be changing photos to include more vibrant lifestyle images of images of healthy foods--fruits, vegetables, legumes, etc. On a different note, I have concerns that the tagline is too long. I defer to the designer's instincts as whether or not to include a tagline. I could just include the integrative concept in the copy if need be.
