Luxury vacation rental property branding

A luxury vacation rental property on a lake -- there is a Whitespire Birch tree out front. It's intended to be welcoming, relaxing, special. The house is modern. The exterior is constructed with a combination of black siding and raw wood siding, and the interior is mostly white. I'm going for simple, clean, bold lines. Preferably black and white -- if there's any color it should be green. Birch bark is very identifiable and needs to be part of this design. I prefer sans serif fonts. Thank you!

I'd like a font choice for the name of the house, as well as a simple, minimalist logo of the birch tree (I've attached an image of the kind of tree below -- my tree has 4 trunks in a clump) -- that can either be used together or apart. I'd like the birch logo to work on a variety of items (including embroidered things like fleece blankets, or printed things like a tote bag) so bold, evocative, and minimal is best.
