Thank you very much for making something close to the ideal.
The designer for my project was very responsive and very willing to make changes. He also changed things on his own volition as we went, making things better without me even asking. I would recommend him and would use him again.

Brave Adventures is a (NON-RELIGIOUS) personal development tour company, for ages 21 - 35, that creates 1 of kind, personalized outdoor-adventure excursions that offer, an individual or small groups, personal development retreats that utilize tools like games, unique activities, improvisation techniques, and group discussion to explore the inner self and develop personal growth, but in a setting that relaxing, awe inspiring, or invigorating. Our target audience are younger millennials who are out outgoing, love outdoors and adventure, love craft brews or are foodies, and who want to find genuine happiness in themselves and in their everyday lives. Everyone has a fire and passion in their hearts, but sometimes life events can burn that out. We want to create experiences that will fan those flames through and give people the courage to live an authentic and joyful life.

Brave Adventures' logo needs to represent courage, passion for life, freedom, and adventure. These are the pillars of our company. I had sketched out a concept, which I've attached. However, my only concern is that it will be too reminiscent of the sacred heart of jesus christ, which I DO NOT want to communicate with my brand. We are non religious. Ironically though, my image reflects my brand values. (Heart = Courage, Fire = Passion, Wings = Freedom) If you can find a way to use my draft or think of a new way to showcase my brand values, I want to see it. Also very important, I really like a circular brand logo that almost looks like a merit badge. I want to be able to create patches that have the logo on them. I also want the design to be simple enough to put on T-shirts and apparel. I also want to see if there's a way to maybe have "Brave Adventures" written on the outside of the image and maybe have the letters "B.A." in the center of the image, but in a subtle way. Also attached are some images that really inspire me, especially in terms of color and style. I really love American Traditional Tattoos and I think they're very popular with my target audience, so I want something that will reflect that in imagery and color. But I also want it to be crisp and clean as far as lines and shading. I also like scrolls incorporated (if it's not too much) and I like the font in the one image I've included, although the image I sketched has a general look of a font I'd like to see.
