We are a Business 2 Business company. We target recruitment companies and the hiring departments of all types of organisations (big and small) to convince them of the power of social media in the hiring mix.
Our peers are companies such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Wordpress, Google and Linked In. Our audience understands that social media is important but usually does not have the confidence to dabble in social media marketing and sourcing themselves.
We need a clean, crisp and bright logo that incorporates our social media roots and establishes us as a peer of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google and LinkedIn.
We are open to ideas on color but expect that a bright, vibrant logo is more likely to suit our personality.
The font used should not be squiggly or in italics.
Consideration should be given to the fact that our logo will be regularly placed along side the above social media logos, so it should be distinctive on its own yet sit comfortably alongside these logos.
The logo will mainly be used on-line, rarely in print format.

Print file format - .ai or .eps (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB) or .ai
