About us
We are opening a fast casual restaurant selling Pizza by the slice. Our name will be: BUFA pizza al taglio. It's Roman style pizza, cooked in large trays 80x40cm, and cut in rectangular pieces (16 pieces of 8x20cm). The pizza has a crunchy crust, thick dough but airy, and rich in toppings (meats, vegetables, etc.).
