My restaurant is an italian osteria (similar to tavern). My main products are burger craft, sourdough pizza and fried dishes, but also typical dishes from my italian area (Emilia Romagna).

my restaurant is a OSTERIA (in Italy is a type of Restaurant similar to Tavern) where I will initially propose to my customers burgers craft, sourdough pizza, craft beers and wine quality. LOSTEBA: the name comes from the intersection of my nickname STEBA and the type of local OSTERIA: LOSTEBA. So it is important that in the logo is highlighted the words STEBA and OSTE. OSTE is the owner of the OSTERIA (tavern), which in my local is named STEBA. The slogan OSTERIA IN EVOLUTION means that gradually I will bring into the restaurant local dishes as well as burgers and pizza, typical dishes of my area of Italy (Emilia Romagna). The room will have a vintage decor, warm and cozy, like a typical restaurant. Local aimed at a fairly young clientele 30/40 but also 20
il mio ristorante è un osteria dove inizialmente proporrò ai miei clienti hamburger artigianali, pizza a lievitazione naturale, birre artigianali, vino di qualità. il nome LOSTEBA deriva dall'incrocio tra il mio soprannome STEBA e il tipo di locale OSTERIA: LOSTEBA. Per cui è importante che nel logo venga evidenziato sia STEBA che OSTE (il titolare dell'OSTERIA che nel mio locale si chiama STEBA).
