How kanady started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Kanady Chiropractic Center
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Chiropractic. We work with people in great pain, people looking for a healthier lifestyle and athletes. We are more "medical" than "natural" and I really don't want any spines in my logo. Our target audience is probably a 30 year old working yoga mom. The family decision maker. But I don't want my focus to be on family. I'd like it to be progressive. Athlete, male or female, white collar, trendy and/or traditional. I would love a logo that can stand alone without wording but would like a really great, clear font for when we do use the clinic name. It doesn't have to be a stand alone image however. The font IS definitely important to me. I would like something that looks as great on clothing as it does on stationary. And obviously something we can easily use on each of our Instagram posts etc. Thank you!
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
I took the what is your color test. I seemed to go to red, green, orange, grey, purple. I hope this helps.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Like the O standing out. Don't love the specific background
Like the font and the graphic in the middle
Like the concept of being able to use many colors in addition to my red
I like the "regal" feel but don't love the name font
I like the stand alone image concept
I like that it's compact. Easy to use on clothing
I love the font. The simplicity of the logo. The colors (even though I think I need to stay with red) It's rich but simple. Very easy on the eye! I think this is my favorite.
It's trendy. I do worry about it becoming dated as some point however
I like the font. It's easy to read. I like the simple rounded part at the top. Makes it more interesting.
I like the stand alone design concept, the font and how compact it is.
We have been in business for almost 30 years but have no plans to slow down. I would like our logo to show longevity but also relate to 25-35 year olds. We have used red in all of our logos for many years. I am open to other colors but do think red needs to be a main focus. Definitely looking for clever! As I am receiving logo ideas I realize that I may not have been as clear as I needed. While we are a chiropractic clinic we don't want spines or natural. But as much as we cater to more of a medical philosophy I also don't want it to look like a medical clinic or urgent care. I think if I could find a "stand alone" look to put with our name - something that when you see it you think of Kanady Chiropractic Center - I would be very happy with that. I honestly think that's what I am truly looking for. Unless something can be done in our name to incorporate a logo. Again, something clever. Thank you for your time!
