Need Logos finished- 75% complete $250

I already had a logo and brand created for an earlier project. I have a new product in the works and need a company logo. So, you will keep the logo colors and ideas the same, just change the text and an appropriate icon for the new logos.

I need two logos updated. Price for one is $125. I will be picking two winners.

Please see the attached logo. There is a thought bubble with an tool, hence the name Clever Tools. For this contest, all I need you to do is add an appropriate icon to the thought bubble and change the text. Thats it. Super easy. Attached is an EPS which I believe gives you a source file to work with. The new logos need to stay in vector format and keep the same style and feel.

Logo 1: Clever Technology - I need a general logo for the company. So, replace the icon with something that depicts technology. Change the text to Clever Technology and change the tagline to 'Web Solutions That Are Clever'.

Logo 2: Clever Help Desk. This new software service is going to be a hosted solution for help desks. After trying many different help desk and encountering nothing but bloated software that never works, I am creating my own for me and also to provide it to other people who need a high quality, web 2.0 help desk. So, the icon needs to depict getting help. You will need to change the title to 'Clever Help Desk'. I will leave the tagline up to you as I am drawing a blank.

Again, you will not need to do too much work to get these changed, so I think the compensation is fair. Also, I reserve the right to pick a winner before the contest ends.
