We are a property development company based in Saltwood, Kent (England). Established in 1985 we build homes, flats, and restore historic buildings. We are a family run business with an eye on innovation, sustainability and care for the communities we build in. Below is our mission statement and values

Below is our mission statement and values which will paint an accurate picture of our business. We build to transform, to positively impact and empower communities, offering an innovative and sustainable route to development projects. We value community spirit, transparency, life styles and the environment, so we build and transform properties while caring for our shared home. Values Developing more than just property When we take on a new project, we know it is not just a building we are developing: we can also act as the catalysers for a better life, positively contributing to the surroundings of our sites, fostering employment, driving innovation, business and often breathing life back to quiet corners of our communities. We love to build for positive transformation, one building at a time, that’s why we only use contractors within a 25 mile radius and prioritise locally sourced materials. Caring for our shared home We care about our shared home, and building sustainably is fundamental to our approach. We go the extra mile to offset our impact and ensure all our work has the environment in mind. It’s our responsibility and opportunity to shape the way future occupiers use our buildings, so we build to favour a sustainable and low carbon life style. Green is our favourite colour and here are some of our pledges: Plant 5 trees locally per unit developed (100% of all construction timber used is replaced) Double government standards on bike storage Install electric vehicle charging into every parking spaces created (or fund it locally) No natural gas installed in any new units (zero fossil fuels for future use) Acting with a community spirit We were born in a small community and we care about that spirit that connects people. From the kick off and throughout all stages of our projects, we seek community involvement, treasure dialogue and feedback, to develop final schemes that will positively impact and empower the community.
