Dewa won the contest for 2 main reasons :
1. Provided an excellent Initial design which met with my contest brief
2. Unlike the majority of designers competing, Dewa reviewed the feedback I was providing throughout the contest and acted upon it, adapting their design in line with my comments.
The subsequent response to my requests even after the contest finished has been excellent - immediate incorporation of design tweaks and comments.
I'm very pleased with Dewa's performance and cannot recommend it highly enough - well done & Thank You very much.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
http://www.goodlord.com provides specialized web-based communication services for landlords and tenants of single family homes and small apartment complexes. Customers can log in to the website and easily create a notice from an existing template, for example: Your rent is late; We're moving out next month; Please fix the sink; etc. After creating a notice it can be sent immediately by electronic mail, post, courier or certified mail. A complete audit history is saved to the customer's dashboard, including information about when each notice was viewed by the receiving party. The primary goal of goodlord.com is to improve communication; to encourage honesty through accountability from good landlords and good tenants alike.
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
- The logo should include "goodlord" in all lowercase letters. It should not include ".com" or "inc".
- The word "lord" in goodlord refers to landlords rather than deities. Some kind of imagery to make this distinction more clear would be cool. A house or a key would work. Something slightly more subtle that still ties it all together would be great.
