Bridges Of Hope International
Bridges of Hope International is a faith-based non profit organization, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. We connect the Americas by providing resources, encouragement and hope to those living in Central and South America. American teams form partnerships with International Latin American leadership serving together to meet the needs of those trapped in the cycle of generational poverty. Together, we are making a difference…one person at a time. We believe people living in the cycle of generational poverty must be viewed holistically—body, soul, and spirit. Efforts are being made to connect, empower and develop individuals bringing a message of hope that transforms, renews, and rebuilds lives.
Our taget audience are partner organizations in Central and South America, sponsors, donors, and people interested in traveling for week long humanitarian work.
We are looking for a new sleek, robust, contemporary logo. Something that will be appealing internationally as well as domestically. A cross in the logo is not required but if you do integrate a cross, we ask that it'd be subtle as we're often confused with being a "church" as we go from country to country. Unfortunately, in many cases, "the church" in these countries has a negative stigma associated to it and we don't want to be stereotyped. However, we still want to be known as a faith based organization and want our logo to reflect that.
We want bold, loud, and vibrant colors that reflect the latin culture.
No stock images or clip art.
No cursive typeface.
We feel the current logo is too "busy". So, please, nothing to busy.
No abbreviations (BOH)
No people figures.
No birds.
Here is our current website which will be redesigned based on the winning logo design. But for now, it serves as a reference if you'd like to see the current logo. http://www.bridgesofhopeinternational.org
