Ventured needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 121 designs submitted by 35 freelance designers.
A search engine for finding outdoor activities. It is a map-based app to find specific outdoor activities in a given location.
Target audience is mainly people who like to travel and do a lot of the research themselves. In addition they have an active lifestyle and enjoy outdoor activities or just trying something new.
One important factor, the logo shouldn't be too busy, just 1 or 2 elements.
Although we are open to any logo style, there are 2 that stand out:
1) Vintage (see attached image)
2) Logo where the text is incorporated as part of the design
Some element of nature, outdoor, venturing, exploring or adventure should be included in the design.
