Well what can 'wethree' say about Kate, except that is was an absolute pleasure to work with her! Her attention to detail was exceptional, truly grasping the details of our brief, actualising them, then experimenting with further concepts that ultimately enriched the end result. After seeing what she did for us, as well as her other winning designs, it is obvious that she has great versatilely too - and well, what more could you ask for in a designer! Thanks do much Kate!

We are primarily a catering company though also provide a more conceptual approach to event planning in which the food is thematically linked. From intimate dinner parties to weddings and corporate events, 'wethree...' can work in conjunction with or assist in the conceptualisation of an original idea for all catering events.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

We'd like our name to be incorporated into a wine stain or plate - we like the idea of a roundish logo as we may want to incorporate it into a stamp at some stage. We have provided a picture of a business card above for the cafe, Friends of Mine - we very much like the hand drawn effect of this card and would like our graphics to have this. Although we are going for a type-writer style font, we'd also like this to look hand drawn with a black out line and an ability to change the colour of the inside - white is preferable at this stage. Our slogan, however, can be completely in black. We'd also like the wine stain to be an unconventional colour like yellow or lime green with a black outline and the background to be a beige/grey, agin like the, Friends of Mine card. Simplicity, playfulness and quirk are what we are going for. We want simple representations of catering event-related graphics like the wine stain and plate, though we want to show our more "creative" or "conceptual" side by playing with colour in an unconventional way. Some time in the future we'd like to be able to play with the colour, texture and pattern of the wine stain or plate. Hopefully that makes sense! And the ellipse (...) at the end of our name is essential (wethree...)! Thank you!
We would preferably like the font to be in a typewriter style. We have toiled with the idea of our name somehow being worked into food stains, i.e. all that's left of our food are crumbs and spills. We'd also like to play with the idea of bites being taken out of things, as well as the colours reflecting real foods, i.e. beet root red, turmeric/saffron yellow and blueberry blue. We'd also presence photorealistic images rather that cartoon-like depictions but are open to more 'simple line' suggestions.
