Wine, Food & Brews
Food & Drink
The Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair has come to be one of the most anticipated culinary attractions of the year in Texas. Located in historic Sugar Land just minutes from Houston proper, its multiple tastings, dinners, cooking demonstrations and seminars have gained a reputation for a rollicking good time where chefs share secrets, sommeliers get un-corked and attendees have exclusive access to the best food and wine available. The Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair is produced by the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston. All proceeds support a permanent scholarship endowment at the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston. The target audience is 25-65; upper income.
Logo types to explore
We do not want the new logo to reflect the current logo (attached). This event completed it's 10th year and is one of the most respected food events in Texas. The logo should reflect the upscale nature of the event - at the same time suggest fun, but not cartoonish! The logo needs to have strong fonts - and possibly reflect heritage of the site its located on - the former Imperial Sugar factory (*see ImperialSugarLogo). At the same time not copying the Imperial logo. Logo must include dates, year created and the words "Wine, Food, & Brews" Please explore the possibility of reflecting a wine label (attached)
