Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The School for Ministry provides the training required by the Episcopal Diocese of San Diego for persons to become priests and deacons. Our purpose is to form Christian leaders for mission, and we do so for all who seek Anglican formation for service and leadership. This is not for ordained ministry only, but also youth workers, worship leaders, evangelists, church-planters, catechists, preachers and others.
The best way to describe our target audience is: all adult learners.

We would like to communicate that we are lively and interactive while also communicating that we are a serious, legitimate school that can positively impact one's life. We're a brand new school and we train people to be leaders in the Episcopal Church, both ordained and lay. We want to be seen as an open, inclusive, welcoming school that is easily accessible by anybody in the community. We teach subjects like church history, liturgy, theology, the Scriptures, ethics, parish ministry, songwriting, pastoral leadership, etc.
