Mutt Magic is a Dog Grooming business. Our main focus is styling dogs as pets rather than for showing. We like to take a holistic approach by considering the animal's health and wellbeing first and foremost, as we feel this affects the condition of the animal's coat & skin. We like to use the best quality products available while caring for our dog clients. We are happy to advise clients on nutrition to help improve their pets' health. We advise our clients on the best way to care for their pets' coats in between visits to us. We will also retail natural, holistic foods, treats and supplements as well as dog grooming equipment and general dog accessories such as collars & leads, bedding, etc. Our target audience is dog owners who like to spend some money to care for their pets' health & wellbeing and pamper them a little.

We are looking for quite a simple logo that can transfer easily between shop window, signage and print material. Abstract suggestion is good, cartoons not so good. We want to convey a professional service that stands out from our competition.
I have enclosed copy of current signage. This consists of some word art & a stock photo via sign creator. We would like to get away from the bright, 'in your face' type colours and go for a more subtle, abstract, modern logo.
