I would definitely recommend this designer.
He was one of the few that understood what i wanted and the one who worked hardest. He was very patient with my criticism and very responsive to my requirements. Even tough i wanted from him some things he didn't worked on before he did his best and was successful.
So, yes, I would definitely work again with him!
B[ning] was one of the few designers who really followed our brief and represented the human team at the centre of the balloon team idea.
After presenting several variations on their original design we selected B[ning] as the winner for the simple but effective logo with colour matching text reinforcing the two symbols of balloon and team.
As our business develops I am confident we will work with B[ning] again to obtain variations of this central logo.
Fast, friendly, and great designs!

Conflict Unplugged is a start-up non-profit that is presently working with elementary school kids in low income regions of San Diego. In time, I anticipate the program will expand to reach middle and high school students, school administrators, and teachers. I also intend to market the model as a for-profit venture for businesses and organizations.
The goal of the Conflict Unplugged program is to help people develop the skills and awareness of the triggers of conflict. The program and model's emphasis is on 'conflict prevention' versus 'conflict resolution.' In other words, participants will be able to not only resolve conflict after it happens, but also identify the signs that conflict is at risk of developing and take appropriate action to stop it. The program emphasizes emotional awareness, self-reflection, assertiveness development, empathy building, and other 'virtue development' activities.

Attached are two files: one of the 'conflict unplugged' logo idea I developed using Word and Gimp. It's crude but it shows the general design I have in mind. The C in 'conflict' becomes a plug and is getting unplugged from the rest of the word and a cord connects the C to the 'd' in 'unplugged'. The second image 'Juneau unplugged' is the inspiration for my current logo.
I am open to variations on this theme, different fonts, different color schemes. But the unplugged 'C' I think should remain. Maybe the 'onflict' font could be more 'electric' in appearance.
