New logo wanted for Cambio

Our company specializes in software requirements management and organizational change management. We help companies identify their business requirements for new software projects and manage changes in those requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project. We do this by managing the elicitation, documentation, collaboration and communication of requirements.

We really like the shades of green and orange used in our current logo (attached). Our company slogan is "see the forest beyond the trees". We are trying to convey to the client that we can help them mitigate the impact (i.e. project cost and duration overruns) of changing software requirements on their systems, processes and organization as a whole. Basically, our goal is to identify all of the business requirements up front so as to reduce the likelihood that additional requirements added after the software has been developed will cause project delays and cost overruns. The full name of the company is Cambio Change Management Consultants Ltd., but we can use the word Cambio in our logo without the rest of the name to keep the design cleaner.
