The main audience is mid 20s plus, professional males with a keen interest in gin and money to spend. I want them to feel that the blog is a source of knowledge and expertise about gin, that they will find the answers they are looking for and get an excellent recommendation.
Excluding the logo, the bottle design on the Martin Miller's gin bottles are an example of the "feel" of luxury that I would love to convey (but not with the same imagery):
