As owner of a video production company for the last 6 years, I was ready to make some changes, including a NEW LOGO. I had heard good things about 99designs from some fellow video producers who had also had a logo designed by them. I must say, I was skeptical about having my logo designed online by complete strangers who I could only communicate with via email. But what an interesting experience it turned out to be. It was actually a lot of fun! As a creative person myself, it was great being such an integral part of the process of creating my own logo. Although many designers came forward and submitted some extremely creative and wonderful logo designs for me to consider, one designer, in particular, stood out all the way through the entire process, and that was AlphaDesigner. I was not only very impressed with his creativity, but with his professionalism. He always came across, in our email communications, as upbeat and positive. The name of my company is, The Power of Storytelling, and is not an easy logo to design in the first place. I produce marketing videos for business owners to help them promote and sell their products and services, and my logo needed to have more of a 'corporate/business' look and feel to it. AlphaDesigner worked closely with me to achieve this goal. He worked tirelessly and never gave up on me. In fact, I was amazed at the variety of designs he created for me to choose from, even without me asking. He continued to submit new designs, or different versions of the designs he'd previously submitted. It was very clear to me that this designer really wanted my business, and was willing to do what it took to make that happen. In the end, I chose AlphDesigner as the "Winner" of my contest, and am very happy with my new logo and looking forward to adding it to my website, as well as all my marketing materials.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a B2B healthcare business. We distribute orthotics (knee braces, back braces, etc), prosthetic limbs, patient aids (crutches, wheelchairs, etc.) to medical professionals. Right now, our largest audience are prosthetists and orthotists that own or work in clinics across the nation. The average age group is 30 - 65, predominately males. We are known for distribution, and it's our ultimate goal to make ordering products easy for clinicians, so that they have time to give back to their patients. We not only delivery products, but we also provide educational resources for our customers - on-hand training for new prosthetic technologies and healthcare documentation education. This is why our tagline is "more than distribution. partnership."

Our full name is Southern Prosthetic Supply; however, we do not use our full name in our logos or materials. We are a 60-year old business that started with prosthetics and has since expanded.
We are looking to do a brand refresh. The font is very outdated and dark in our logo, and the tagline font easily becomes illegible at certain font sizes. I'd like to see logos that take our existing logo and "modernize" it as well as logos with a new, fresh perspective. I like clean, flat, minimalist design. We are a distributor, so people recognize the squares in our logo as a symbol for all the boxes that we deliver on a daily basis to their clinics.
