How LAMI Camilla started their logo design journey
After working in marketing across cinema, retail, gaming (the gambling kind!) and pubs/venues...I am starting LAMI Local Area Marketing Initiatives to be able to help local businesses (of all types, budgets and marketing know-how) maximise their marketing spend to build awareness of their business.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Small to medium size retail/entertainment businesses who have a localised target market.
To start with I will be targetting local pubs, to show them that LAMI can help them with them marketing strategy.
In future I will also target businesses across broader retail, cinema and entertainment.
Develop a colour logo which can be used across all future print and website executions (examples of future uses could include business cards, flyers, website, car decal).
The logo needs to include the wording "LAMI" as well as the full name "Local Area Marketing Initiatives". I imagine that the "Local Area Marketing Initiatives" wording will stand out. LAMI means nothing on its own right now.
Whilst this is a business-to-business target market, LAMI offers marketing consultancy advice in the fun and slightly laid back entertainment/retail industry, so the logo doesn't need to be overly formal (it still needs to be professional).

Files types required are JPEG, layered RGB (needed to use for website) and EPS (needed to use for brochure production).
