How Tom Robbins started their logo design journey
I am a solo patent attorney. You can find out about my practice at http://www.trpatents.com (I know its a bad website, that is the next project). My practice includes helping companies obtain patents in the electrical arts (mainly the communications, semiconductor and optics technologies).
My practice provides high volume, low cost and high quality patents. However, my model for drafting patents is very unconventional.
In a nutshell, my practice includes a model for drafting patent applications wherein I do a portion of the work, and the remainder of the work is outsourced to tech writers. In this manner, I can pipeline a large volume, keep costs down and provide great quality for each case. I have attached a power point presentation that describes my model.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The target audience are patent savvy people that would outsource patent work. These include in-house patent attorneys, patent savvy in-house general counsels and CEOs, and patent attorneys in firms.
My target audience is not the garage inventor type or person walking on the street with a novel idea.
No clip art.
The logo's copyrights and any trademarks rights must be assigned to me.
I'm looking for something that is bright, that represents my model for drafting patent applications (as seen on my website) and that represents the electrical technologies with which I work.
Unfortunatly, I don't really know what I'm looking for, as I am not a particularly artistic person.
I have attached a logo that I created when I started. I don't want the LLP in the logo.
