Logo for a new short-term property company!

In July 2022, I'm launching a new brand extension called Mahbir Social. It will be a short-term property rental company targeting 'Digital Knowmads'. The modern apartments will be equipped for remote workers and their families. In addition to traditional amenities, there'll be the equipment that a remote worker needs in order to be productive including high speed internet, standing desk, and office chair. My traditional business is Teas, Herbs and Spices but I have "Richard Branson Virgin" ambitions. VERY IMPORTANT: Mahbir Social's logo design should be. ✅ It should integrate my existing master logo (see attached logo design) ✅ As an extension of Mahbir. The new logo should have a natural feel to it (see similar approach to Virgin's brand) ✅ I'm looking for a design that looks and feels natural brand extension

The main logo should remain intact but introducing additional colors is welcome!
