The logo should be something in style of these logos - http://www.seomoz.org/tools . I like the cartoon style
Also, as the name is a bit of medical term. I would like to incorporate medical theme as well. Something in a style of medical examination of site links.
e.g. the site that has done it well is http://www.moneyhospital.co.uk (finance medical theme)
"Link diagnosis" text should be in the logo... .com is not essential.
Tagline: "Examine your link competition" - but would like to have a font so I can change it later if I come up with something better.
Color scheme is up to you but background should be white.
