Need logo for self-pour taproom on the busiest street in CA!

We are a self-serving taproom- so guests can tap their own beers. We are in a historic brick building and there are kegs that will appear on either side of the large sign attached to the building. We will also have merch and would like to appeal to the 25-40 crowd. We are definitely looking for something "instagrammable"- our signage is heavily photographed! Our full name is "Cannery Row Taproom and Food Emporium" but if the second part is clunky in the design it doesn't have to be added. We don't want an "established date" and we'd prefer that "Taproom" be the focus/larger than the "Cannery Row" part.

I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand- but things to consider- we are by the sea and we are a tap house, so we do expect to see those elements (maybe a tap handle with waves on top), but are also open to fresh, creative designs that can be appealing to our guests on merchandise. We will be building a large version of the logo to appear between real kegs on the outside of the building
