Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We will be selling hip and transitional, pre-sized rugs to interior designers as well as to the retail. We are targeting young, mid-30's age group, but of course anyone can buy. Our showroom space will be clean, urban, industrial with brightly colored rug samples organized into easy, self-help categories of contemporary, traditional & transitional.
We are looking for a logo that is more simple & modern, but can still appeal to someone that maybe more traditional, using vibrant colors. We are interested in using 'lips' somewhere in the logo because of the name, Rugs & Kisses... like hugs & kisses. We want a logo that is catchy and fun for a rug boutique. If you can image the rug section of Crate & Barrell, Pottery Barn and West Elm all together in one rug boutique store, that is us.

This rug boutique will be started in Buckhead- Atlanta, Ga. We will carry everything from an inexpensive olefin fiber to a hand-knotted wool rugs. Everything we carry will be quick ship, 2-4 weeks. We offer delivery as well as rug pads. We have been in the to-the-trade carpet business for 27 years, and this is a new adventure for us with pre-sized rugs. We want to make a statement with our logo, something our loyal clients, and new clients, won't forget.
