New logo for Rufferee Dog Training

We do in-home dog training using only positive reinforcement. Much like a referee's role in sports, Rufferee serves as a neutral point of view that helps build the relationship between dog and owner by making sure both sides are following the rules.

We are open to ideas but we were thinking of a cartoon like version of the photo below. We want it to look professional and not too childish but go with the theme. The idea is a dog with a referee shirt on, etc. If you use black and white alternating letters for Rufferee maybe a dog without the shirt as it may be too busy but we would like to see what you can come up with. The company colors are black, white and vibrant blue. The blue can be just an accent color or in the name. Thanks for the help!
