Logo required for software & IT services company

Coders Ltd. or just Coders

We are a thirteen year old software and services company that delivers a wide range of consulting, project management, software development, and on-going support services to our clients. We do this in a cost-effective style that ensures that their projects deliver maximum return on investment - even on the smallest projects.
Because of a number of projects we have been working on and new staff we have hired we are hoping to grow a lot bigger in 2011.

Coming to the end of the contest now. Had some great designs, a lot of 'circles' but only to be expected. Would really like to see 'Coders' spelt out on keyboard keys if anyone wants to try it.

We need a logo. We have programmers but we have always lacked exceptional design ability and I love great design. This is a new logo for a new company although we have been in business for 13 years. I'm very open to fresh ideas.
The company is Coders Ltd. but I don't need the 'Ltd.' if it doesn't work with the design.
I need the logo to have a transparent background and to work on multiple colours although it will be on white for the business cards and letterhead etc.
