Logo required that balances professionalism with compassion for a new therapy service

Private clinical psychology business. We offer private therapy to people across the age range and to all genders, who present with a range of mental health difficulties, or who want to further explore their own mental wellbeing/sense of self/ self-critic etc. We want the logo to highlight warmth, compassion and knowledge without being too feminine/masculine. We would like it to incorporate the full title of the clinic, but can also include images that instil hope, change and acceptance.

The main thing is that it balances both professionalism with warmth; a company that you can trust to help you out when you are feeling depressed, anxious etc. The picture attachment is one I took myself that I am using as the cover photo for our Facebook page, and will possibly also be incorporated into the website. I am not married to using this image though, so am open to using a logo that doesn't entirely fit with it. EDIT: a number of submissions have incorporated the head and tree image as in the logo I shared. I think this too closely resembles other logos that already exist for Psychology practices. Thanks
