Jakelaban got their new logo design by running a design contest:

'Refinement' is a line of skin care products which will be sold in the clinical office.
Logo types to explore
This logo will be the logo which will be featured on-package for a new line of skin care products called 'Refinement'. These products will be sold exclusively at a clinic called Skin by Lovely. The logos attached are the logos and icons of the 'mother' brand of Skin by Lovely, and one of the 'child' brands, the Spa@SBL. This brand is intended to be another 'child' brand in the family of brands. The color palette should be highly similar to the existing palette, yet we'd like to see some variety, perhaps in the form of a different shade of green being introduced. We've thought long and hard about incorporating an additional color (besides the current green) into this logo, and are open to submissions with a new color, but feel that diverting too much from the existing palette will stray from the 'mother brand's' personality too greatly. We invite creative submissions for those inspired to do so. The visual layout of the logo should heavily emphasize the word 'Refinement', as the 'by SBL Labs' is not the focus of what we'll be communicating to market. For the finished files, we will request a series of logos inclusive of 'Refinement by SBL Labs', and another series of files with just 'Refinement', which it will commonly be known by. For all logos noted above, the "TM" should be included in superscript after the word 'Refinement' We are also open to a single letter logo that may evolve out of this master logo for the Refinement brand. I've attached examples here; including, the bird logo for Skin by Lovely, and the '@' logo for Spa @ SBL. This is not mandatory, and should not be the focus of the early creative work, but a logo treatment which provides scale-ability into such a single icon would be appreciated.
