We have created a web app designed to allow marketers to chat instantly, in real-time, with their target demographic customer at a fraction of the cost of traditional market research. The real time IM style chat session gives marketers the chance to GutCheck their concepts and media (such as advertising, messaging, videos and strategy) with their target market prior to launching to the public, or prior to sending their concepts to a full-blown traditional research.
Our brand should convey real, grounded, down-to-earth, fast, agile, dynamic, trustworthy, smart and friendly. 'reassuringly simple' with a dash of 'authority'.
Our core brand message will be around immediacy of information, low cost, and vetting work against real target customers in real time.
We are not researchy or academic.
The target for GutCheck is marketing professionals as well as Advertising Agencies, PR Agencies and Brand Managers who work for companies or brands with yearly revenue of $100 million to $1 billion+. These marketers are users of technology and want to be on the cutting edge of marketing techniques. They value information and the ability to reduce risk in the decisions they make. They are creative individuals.
