Old Glory Investment Group LLC
We are a brand new, family owned company that invests in local residential real estate. We look for ugly houses that need a lot of TLC to bring them up to their potential as a house that helps to beautify the neighborhood that they are in. We then sell them to new owners in hopes that they love the beautiful homes that we have fixed up.
We want to be known as a company that cares enough to fix up homes to a standard of quality that we would want our own home to be at.
We are targeting two very different main audiences.
1) homebuyers
2) homeowners who have had a life-changing event happen (divorce, death, loss of income, etc.) and need to sell their home quickly and with as little stress as possible
A third audience, though less primary, that will be working with this company are investors who want to grow their money by funding residential renovation projects
The logo must include all of the company name: Old Glory Investment Group LLC
"Old Glory" is a common nickname for the flag of the United States. The company is headquartered in a suburb of Washington, DC - the federal city of the U.S.. We do business in and around Washington, DC. The name was very purposely chosen because of the historic area that we are located in. Being only miles away from the home of our first President, George Washington, I have always imagined that the font used in the logo would be similar to a one of the following:
- http://www.dafont.com/jefferson.font
I would like to see a simple illustration included. Although the illustration may not tell the audience exactly what it is we do it should begin to elude to function of the company. **Note: we are not a construction company... so nothing with hammers, tools, etc.
The logo will be used on all thinks marketing: website, letterhead, clothing, vehicles, advertisements, etc. I'm not tied to any specific colors. Please do note that the logo should be designed with the idea that it will at some point be printed in both color and in B&W. So a B&W (gray scale) version will be need be included in the final delivered product.
Be creative! Happy Holidays.
Files needed: .AI, .JPEG (.EPS as well, if possible)
