We’re interested in seeing ideas in two different areas-
1. People/pupils/students. We like how the PBS logo (Google: PBS logo) depicts people. Pupil is a part of the eye, but it is also another name for student.
2. The representation of an eye. PERRLA means Pupils Equal, Round, Reactive to Light and Accommodation. We’d be interested in seeing newer, modern, stylized versions of an eye.
The company name (PERRLA) is a medical acronym that stands for Pupils Equal, Round, Reactive to Light and Accommodation. When a doctor shines a light in your eyes and takes note of whether your pupils are responding correctly, if they ARE okay, they right "PERRLA". This name was chosen for our company (in 1998) because of the word Pupils - and our existing logo is a rather complicated-looking eye. We'd like to simplify it and/or depict students as part of the logo.
