How ConceptConveyancing started their logo design journey
Conveyancing is the legal profession for property. I have been involved in the profession for 26 years and I love it. I want to do it differently than everyone else and I believe that my experience and client empathy provides me with the grounding for new ideas to do it differently. I visit client appointments at their home or work at a time suited to the client. I am always contactable by phone, mobile or email. I understand the confusion, stress and insecurity that clients endure during the period until they settle their purchase or sale. And I am competitively priced compared with others.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The normal person who is looking for a professional to assist them through the legal process of buying or selling a property. A real estate agent who is looking for a conveyancer to guide a "lost" client. A mortgage broker who is looking for a reliable, professional, friendly conveyancer to help their client through the process.
I would like the logo to centrally contain the two "C's" in a classical but modern font like "Bradley Hand" on Word 2007. I would like it to be able to directly relate to the name of the business "Concept Conveyancing" and maybe the concept of the property industry. Therefore be able to stand alone without the company name and be recognisable As we deal in property it could contain an abstract house in a professional, not 'kindergarten' feel, however a lot of others do that too. So I would need to see ideas that are completely original for that to work.
I have attached two ideas. The first is a spiral that I believe can be developed into two "C's" like CC. One smaller C inside a larger C.
The second is an established logo for a big tyre company that I think can be developed into an original design. It has the illusion of two "C's" one inside another which appears to rotate outside the first one, but can be developed to make the two "C's" obvious.
I would like it to be of strong professional colours and would like to leave that up to the designers discretion as I have not decided on this as yet. Possibly a dark orange and brown or black. Or maybe a bold yellow with grey and black. Or a dusty red and black or brown.
Example - [ CC ](logo) followed by the words "Concept Conveyancing"
I am also open to new suggestions if someone is adventurous enough.
