We provide project management, compliance and capacity building for non-profit organizations generally funded with Federal grant dollars (i.e. Departments of Labor, Justice, Health & Human Services). Changing lives is more important than paperwork. We help non-profits concentrate on helping people while we manage the project, meet programmatic compliance with the funder's program requirements to ensure performance and help build the organization's capacity so they learn how manage on their own. I'm looking for a logo that speaks to the "people" side (non-profits) while appealing to the management and compliance side (government and funders who want a social return on their investment). Tough, isn't it!..

To get a feel for what we do please see our website at www.pinnacleresourcesllc.com . When it comes to self-promotion I tend to be more "understated" and want my work to speak for itself. However, I think I need something that is a little more attention getting in hopes that it may spark more questions. The difficulty lies in the fact that nonprofit people tend to be warm and fuzzy while government types tend to be more business like and want to make sure the job and paperwork in getting done. Two very different audiences and I intersect somewhere in the middle.
