The logo should fit nicely on light as well as dark background, other than this, artists have full liberty to use their creative talents If I like the entry too much, I may declare the winner earlier. On the other side, as with all contests, I reserve the right to call off the contest w/o declaring winner in case entries are not satisfactory. By accepting the $100 award, you transfer exclusive copyright for the logo to me, the contest holder. With exception of SitePoint.com the selected logo design in any form should NOT be displayed in any online portfolio or website. The Designer accepts that he will not use the selected logo design or its veriations in any form for other design work.
