I want my logo to convey that my business is a farm in general, and not that it's specifically an alpaca farm or vegetable farm, etc. because I offer a diverse array of goods. Just because the name of the farm is Root Down Acres doesn't mean that the logo needs to have roots in it - the "roots" in my farm name are both literal and figurative.
I want the logo to look natural and hand made and not like clip art, cartoonish, or a commercial logo. When I've looked at logos online I have leaned toward ones that are oval or round in general because I like that flow, but that is NOT a requirement.
Some of the fonts I have liked have had a western feel, others more rustic or hand crafted. A font that looks hand drawn or rustic would probably be best.
In summary, I want this logo to say "farm" and I want it to feel natural and handcrafted. It needs to be professional so people feel comfortable buying food from me, but it also needs to feel like it comes from a local farm girl who cares about her animals, her land, and her customers.
