Yupal is een in eigen beheer ontwikkelde CRM web applicatie. Primaire gebruikers van het systeem zijn de kantoren van Credion. Credion realiseert bedrijfs- en vastgoedfinancieringen voor het MKB. De adviseurs van de Credion kantoren gebruiken Yupal voor het dagelijkse klantenbeheer en het volgen van de lopende financieringsaanvragen.

De productnaam Yupal is een verbastering van 'Your Pall'. De web applicatie (lees: het CRM) mag dan ook gezien worden als een 'maatje' voor de adviseurs/gebruikers. Een systeem waar ze dagelijks mee werken om tot succesvolle financieringsaanvragen te komen.
