American Consolidated Media
American Consolidated Media is the corporate headquarters of 100+ newspaper publications across the United States. Our collection of newspapers serve smaller communities in daily news and community events in print editions as well as online.
ACM, as it is commonly known, is a relatively new company (less than 20 years old) and is directing the future of newspapers with tenure of more than 100+ years in their community!
Do not be mistaken by the word "newspaper", ACM is run by people who believe in the power of what newspapers provide and while still focusing on print, are creating our own destiny on the online world. We hope that your design will follow us into that new world!
In terms of the "personality" that we're trying to get across, the majority of the people that will see the logo will be the newspapers we serve as well as fellow industry leaders. It will be important to have a well rounded logo that communicates our print as well as online versions.

Again, our corporate headquarters provides strategic direction to 100+ newspapers across the United States. It will be important to have a logo that communicates moving into the future as well as "strategic leadership".
We're the company - You're the artist....... Feel free to be creative!!
Prefer to have the name American Consolidated Media as well as the ACM lettering. A design with an American flag is generally what a designer would come up with but not preferred.
In terms of color, the bolder the color the better - no faded colors or pastels. Previous logo was blue and gold.
