We are a small business with 6 highly trained and professional employees. Our main focus is private villa cheffing and exclusive catering but also professional housekeeping, waitrons, nannies and bar staff. We can turn any private villa into one with services alike 5* hotels. Our main location is Cape Town but we travel throughout Europe and the USA every summer for around 6 months. Capetownchef.com is a mobile operation so we rely on a good website to attract and keep in touch with clients.
I started working in Private villa servicing around 4 years ago. But it was not until October 2008 that I started the company Capetownchef.com.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target market is anyone that is able to afford a grand villa and staff it. Yacht owners, American and British families, Advertisement Production companies, Holiday makers and Villa agencies. Also there is a market in the working class for those that would like to experience a chef in their own home for special occasions like proposals or birthdays.
Our current logo is just our domain name. I want to brand the company to be more iconic but without the cliche of chef's hats and cutlery. I have catering vans that i want to brand and ensure it is recognised from a distance.
I am happy to look at any concepts, so I am leaving this open for a great designer to come back with something different and striking. I am happy to look at any colours or different fonts. At the end of the day, I want to look glamourous for our clients, but unique to stand out from the crows but obviously to be known for our catering skills.
