Logo Needed For The Lake District Site.

I’m after a great logo vector logo for my new site, http://www.thelakedistrict.com. The site is an information site for The Lake District in Cumbria, UK. If you are unfamiliar with The Lake District, look it up on google to get an idea of the area. It is a popular area for walking, climbing, cycle rides, etc because of it’s amazing scenery, giant hills/mountains and beautiful lakes.

The logo needs to match the design made by my designer, see the above URL. The main colour of the site is purple, hex code:

#4c2856

The logo will be on that colour background, so needs to be white in colour itself, with the purple background, but you can also do one logo with colour/s if you think it will still look great on the purple background.

I had an idea of having the words The Lake District .com within a nice mountain illustration or something similar that reflects the scenery at the lake district, but I’m open to ideas, as long as it’s clear, clean and looks great / eye-catching on the purple background.
