Unify IP offers a best-in-class Hosted Unified Communications solution. These types of systems typically replace a business’ standard phone system with one that is IP-based (in the cloud) and offers many more features that help employees in a company communicate better and be more productive (be more “unified,” as it were). Some of these features include: Integrated Mobility – the ability to be able to take and make business calls on your smartphone, tablet or laptop; Collaboration – the ability to easily share your desktop with other computers, or have video and audio meetings; and Advanced Call-Handling – the ability to automatically transfer calls to the right extension, manage voicemail and have the system answered by an auto attendant (“for marketing, press 1 now.”).

ABOUT THE NAME:
“IP” is an acronym for Internet Protocol, so these two letters must remain all caps. Whether “Unify” is all caps, all lower case or a mix is up to you.
