bigcaveman.com got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo needed for Auction Website
Check out bigcaveman.com's Logo design contest…
Bigcaveman.com is looking to have a new unique and memorable logo that is easily identifiable with our website and service we offer. The name was chosen for its easy spelling and quick retention. This logo needs that unique designers touch that will make the name standout -- think of it this way, when you pass a billboard while driving on the highway you only have a few seconds to view and process what that ad is selling; so the importance of capturing the branding and service is vital.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Open to designer Desired Style: Open to designer Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) The overall current logo(bigcaveman.com) is to busy. The focus should be on color, auction service, and a unique caveman image. The "color" is open to the designers creativity -- but please no neon or extreme bright colors. The "auction service" needs to be expressed in the logo; here again use your talents and tools that would best capture this image. The "unique caveman image" is very important since this is the branding symbol to our services. I have come across a simplistic logo I found to be nice, but it does not have to be like this. You can find it at http://www.alibaba.com. This image can be abstract of the full body or head only, or it can be something totally different. Don't worry I will give plenty of feedback as this logo evolves. Thanks and I look forward to your entries.
